Kevin Wright

Kevin is Chief Executive of First Housing Aid and Support Services. Since his appointment in 2008, Kevin has inspired and initiated new ways of assisting homeless people towards achieving long term independence. Kevin’s leadership, particularly in the area of innovation, alongside his compassion for homeless people, has transformed his organisation to now deliver ground breaking solutions to the problems of homelessness in NI.

Pauline Ross

Pauline is Director of the Playhouse in Derry. Pauline has made innovation and creativity integral to the culture of the Playhouse. This innovative leadership has been instrumental in approaching significant and often intractable problems such as the low level of literacy with the prison population. Pauline’s innovation has also allowed the Playhouse to develop a profile that extends outside the confines of NI and has been used as best practice example of addressing literacy issues on a European level.

Peter MacCafferty

Peter is the Managing Director of Cúnamh ICT, Derry. In his capacity as leader, Peter has developed a highly innovative software solution which helps to overcome the time consuming and cumbersome problems experienced by many community and voluntary organisations in preparing their monthly / quarterly progress returns to their funders. Having more than quadrupled his client base to include over 100 companies across NI and GB, Peter’s innovation has created a social enterprise which contributes to the long term sustainability of his “parent” charity, Cúnamh.
